Check out “The Seventh Sorrow”, our first new song since the release of “Converging Sins”.
Today we can finally unveil the split with Paramnesia, which has been in the works for close to two years now. We’re incredibly proud of this collaboration with our friends and both songs, exceeding the 17minutes mark, work really well together. It’s the first recording we did at our own Andy’s freshly started “Goblin Sound” recording studio in Cologne and was again mastered by our friend Jack Shirley (The Atomic Garden Recording Studio/USA). Artwork was done by P.P., drummer for Paramnesia under his moniker Business for Satan. You can stream the split exclusively via our friends at DEAF FOREVER magazine here.
The split will see a physical release through three different European labels: Vinyl to be handled by Vendetta Records (Germany), Tape by Tartarus Records (Netherlands) and CD by Les Acteurs de l’ombre (France).
In further news, we will carry a live tape of our set at Roadburn Festival 2017 with us on this upcoming tour. It was a special night and marked the end of a fantastic tour with our brothers in Woe. The tape is strictly limited to 99 copies and self-released by the band. It features the new song “The Seventh Sorrow” as well as “The Night Took Her Right Before My Eyes” and “Fear Lights The Path (Close To Our Hearts)” from Converging Sins in a very good sound quality, mixed and mastered again by our own Andy at his Goblin Sound studio. Artwork was handled by our friend and 6th member Thomas Reitmayer and features the “This Bleak Night’s Hand” illustration by C.K. of Misanthropic-Art, which was initially our tour shirt for this very tour.
The tape will exclusively be sold on the upcoming tour with Yellow Eyes. If there are leftovers they will make it to the shop after the tour.
